Glenna Writes,

The Lord called both John and me into the ministry of restoration. Since John went home to be with the Lord, I have been in prayer and realize that my call has not changed. I still see many wounded and hurting members of the body of Christ, and I know I can help bring freedom and restoration into their lives through the power of shed blood of Jesus.

Through Taking the Land Seminars followed, by individual ministry sessions many can find freedom to experience a closer relationship with our heavenly Father. This continues to be the ultimate goal of this ministry.

It is also my desire to train others to bring this restoration, so many more brothers and sisters can experience the benefits and joy of being released from bondage, even in places I will never go, and with people I will never meet. I am also greatly blessed that through this website these written materials and audio/video teachings can be distributed throughout the world.

During 20 years of elementary school teaching I spent a great deal of time counseling children and their parents. In 1993, John and I began working with members of the body of Christ to help them get free from various forms of bondage. In those early years we knew little about spiritual warfare, deliverance, and the power of the Holy Spirit, but we quickly  began learning how not to do things, and began to assemble a collection of prayers and ways to minister that were more effective, and much less painful for the ones receiving ministry.

In this learning process, we also became aware of the legal ground the enemy has been given through our sin; and the generational iniquity that plagues all of mankind, including Christians. Using these discoveries and through thousands of individual ministry sessions, we developed the seminar we call Taking the Land. We also wrote a book by that name that documents our ministry findings in greater detail and gives sample prayers for those unable to attend the seminar.

As time has gone on, we have made changes and improvements in our materials and presentations, as well as in the individual ministry sessions. We have seen many, many people experience life-changing freedom to praise, worship, and establish an intimate relationship with the Lord, our Creator. It is a ministry that does not depend on any one person, but can be duplicated throughout the world, so people in all areas can receive the benefits of freedom and restoration our Lord desires for all His children.
